Email from Don - Peppers new owner
Pepper traveled very well with
her head in Tiffany's lap. A bit of drooling after an hour,
but stayed in good spirits. She's already very attached to
both Tiffany and Ashley, and so far has allowed me to be a
part of her world as long as I mind my manners. The girls
just love her and I think she's astoundingly beautiful. My
goal is to become the main man in her life, but I have immediate
competition from our resident white German Shepherd, Shiva.
Being the perceptive man that he is, he fell head-over-heels
for her as soon as she bounced out of my truck. We'll have
no dog compatibility problems here (he's so perceptive).
Ashley,
in her usual positive state, proceeded to take Shiva and Pepper
on an introductory walk down to the big meadow, but when Pepper
came within 50 feet of our horses, she marched Ashley right
back up the hill rather smartly …. She decided that those
large critters were just too much for her this evening. We'll
deal with that familiarization gently.
Their Mom is ecstatic
about Pepper, and thinks we've just hung the moon in the dog
selection realm.
Again: Your professionalism and caring, the
perfection and presentably of your facilities, and the personal
attention and involvement of your staff are the best I've
had the pleasure to experience. Thank you so much for allowing
us the privilege of making Pepper a significant part of our
family and our lives. She's such a unique creature, and a
welcome addition. I'm going to make her my best girl.. |
